Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Next Meal ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Next Meal platform, including our website and mobile application.
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.
1.1 Account Registration
To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
1.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
1.3 Account Types
We offer different account types for catering companies, corporate clients, and employees. Each account type has specific features and limitations as described in our pricing plans.
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Upload viruses or other malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
- Use the platform to transmit spam or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harvest or collect information about other users
3.1 Order Processing
When you place an order through our platform, you are making an offer to purchase meal services. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Catering companies are subject to a platform fee of ৳5 per meal delivered.
3.3 Payment Terms
Corporate clients may have Net-15 or Net-30 payment terms as specified in their service agreement. All other payments are due immediately upon order confirmation.
3.4 Cancellations and Refunds
Orders cancelled before the cutoff time may be refunded. Orders cancelled after the cutoff time are subject to a 100% charge. Refund processing may take 7-10 business days.
4.1 Platform Ownership
The platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Next Meal and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating the platform.
4.3 Trademarks
"Next Meal" and related logos are trademarks of our company. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Meal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
6.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
6.2 Dispute Resolution Process
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our platform, but we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time without notice.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Next Meal concerning your use of the platform.
